  • What services do you offer?
    Sasha G. Photography specializes in a variety of photography services including wedding photography, family portraits, couple portraits, and personal photoshoots. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
    We are based in Central Florida and primarily serve the Greater Orlando area. Travel outside this area can be arranged upon request. Please contact us for details regarding travel fees and arrangements.
  • How do I book a session?
    To book a session, please visit our website here and fill out the contact form or give us a call at 321-616-1026. We'll discuss your needs, confirm the date, and a deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
  • What are your operating hours?
    We are available for sessions on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. All calls and emails are answered throughout the week but please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Please note, for sessions requested on days outside of our new operating days, we kindly ask for at least 2-3 weeks' notice to accommodate your request.
  • How much does a photography session with Sasha G. Photography typically cost?
    At Sasha G. Photography, we understand that every client's needs and budget are unique. Our pricing is based on the type of photography session you are interested in, the duration of the session, the location, and any additional services you may require. Whether you're looking for event coverage, family portraits, professional headshots, or engagement photos, we strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing. We believe in providing high-quality, personalized photography services that cater to our clients' specific requirements, and we are happy to work with you to create a custom package that fits your budget.   • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details are provided upon booking confirmation.
  • Is a deposit required to book a session?
    Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due by the day of the session.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you can do so by reaching out to me via email immediately or by calling directly. You are able to cancel a minimum of 7 days prior to your session date to receive a full return on any other payments made on your session. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of your session date will result in a full forfeiture of any payments made to your session. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 months of the original date. We understand that unexpected events occur and will do our best to accommodate emergencies.
  • How should we prepare for a photo session?
    For your photo session, pick outfits that truly represent who you are—clothes that say something about your style and that coordinate harmoniously together. Opt for simpler patterns to keep the focus on you and your loved ones. Comfort is key: when you feel good, it really shines through in your photos! And don’t forget to bring along a few cherished items—perhaps a family heirloom or a special keepsake—that mean the world to you. These personal touches make your images even more meaningful.
  • Can we choose the location for our session?
    Absolutely! While I can suggest beautiful locations based on your vision and the style of the shoot, I am more than happy to travel to a location that is significant to you. Please note that travel fees may apply for locations outside of the standard service area.
  • Is it okay to bring a friend?
    Absolutely! I encourage all of my clients to bring along a friend or partner to the shoot. Anything to help feel more comfortable and cheer you on during the session.
  • I've never booked a photographer before.. What can I expect?
    No worries! I had the honor of working with wonderful individuals all with different body types and personality types and each one bringing something unique to their own shoots. No one grows up knowing how to pose or knowing what to do. I will be with you every step of the way to guide you if you need me and to help get you as comfortable as possible in front of the lens.
  • What should we expect during the session?
    Expect a relaxed and fun environment. I aim to capture natural and candid moments. We'll start with some posed shots to warm up and then move to more spontaneous and playful interactions.
  • How long do sessions usually last?
    Sessions typically last between 1-2 hours depending on the type of shoot. Weddings and larger events can last longer, detailed timelines will be discussed during the booking process.
  • When will we receive our photos?
    Typically, you may receive a preview within a week, and the full gallery will be available within 2-3 weeks from the session date. The gallery will be delivered digitally via a private online gallery where you can download and share your images
  • How are the final photos delivered?
    Photos are delivered through a private online gallery which you can access, download, and share with family and friends. If requested, USB drives or printed albums can be provided at an additional cost.
  • Do you offer photo editing services?
    Yes, basic editing such as color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor retouching is included with all sessions. More extensive edits can be requested but may be subject to additional fees based on the complexity.
  • Can we order prints through you?
    Yes, you can order prints directly through me via your provided gallery. I work with a professional print lab that delivers high-quality prints in various sizes, making them the perfect addition to your home or a heartfelt gift for loved ones.
  • Who owns the copyright to the images?
    Sasha G. Photography retains the copyright to all images taken. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to share and print the images for personal use only, not for commercial use.
  • Will our photos be used publicly?
    We love to showcase the wonderful moments we capture, celebrating the beauty and uniqueness of each session. With your consent, we might feature a few select images on our portfolio, website, or in our marketing materials. Of course, your privacy is paramount. If you prefer to keep your photos private, just let us know. We’re here to respect your wishes and ensure you feel comfortable and cherished every step of the way.
